So glad I now have a plumbing company I can trust. I have a multifamily home built in 1925 that has all sorts of plumbing systems, including old radiators, baseboards, old fixtures, new fixtures, old lines and new pex. Also gas lines throughout for the boiler and stoves. I've had to use them for small jobs recently, and more importantly, emergency service when I had a gas leak last night. They responded immediately and worked till 1am on a Sunday to get it fixed. Important because we needed heat as it was 25 degrees outside. They even knew the workers at the gas company so they could coordinate efforts.Also, they stick their appointments, give notifications when the plumber is on the way and when work is completed. Also pleasant to talk to and very professional. And the billing is honest. Such peace of mind knowing I have a great plumber on call and nearby!
