★★★★★Water heater failed and started to flood the basement. I made an emergency call to Pickwick Plumbing and Heating at 7:30 PM on a Saturday. The technician arrived at 8:30 PM, stopped the leak and diagnosed that the 20 year old + heater needed to be replaced. I had a new water heater installed by 4:00 PM the following Monday (two days before Christmas). Each and every member of the Pickwick team was responsive, professional, and talented in their job. I cannot think of one way my experience could have been better. A++++++++++++++++++++
